DetroitFSBOSearch.com is a “NO COMMISSION” real estate marketing company providing value added packages consisting of website advertisement and property listing services.

Seller understands & agrees upon (1) receiving an acceptable offer AND (2) completing a binding purchase agreement to notify DetroitFSBOSearch.com, by phone or email, within 72 hours (or next business day). Failure to notify us within 72 hours, may cause a $200 fine to be issued which will be forwarded to the seller.

All sales and services are final upon ad placement. There are no refunds for any services rendered (no exceptions). We reserve the right to accept or reject any advertising placement. Advertisement rates are subject to change. These terms are binding with or without signature. DetroitFSBOSearch.com cannot be responsible for the operation of any website owned or operated by third parties. Subscription charges are recurring on a monthly basis. In the event that we are not able to collect payment (if the credit/debit card is declined), additional attempts will be made to obtain payment. In the event that we are not able to obtain payment, listings will be removed and your account will be deactivated after 15 days.

We do not process your credit card payments. Credit card processing services are provided by PayPal. After agreeing to a monthly subscription service, you will be taken to PayPal's website (http://www.paypal.com) to enter your credit card information. In this way, we protect your financial information by utilizing the state of the art payment processing technology available through PayPal, while at the same time preventing any of our employees or principals from accessing your credit card information.

Homeowner should verify their Internet ads for accuracy. Website changes (including additional specs/features) can be made and are the responsibility of the homeowner. Any listings that contain profanity, pictures that are not of the property being listed, links to other websites or the URL (web address) of another website or listings that are duplicates of an existing listing will be deleted. Listings may only be created by the property owner or a designated representative of the property owner.

If the Seller chooses to purchase a Home Warranty (optional) the Seller must inform DetroitFSBOSearch.com when they have a signed offer with the buyer’s name, Title Company’s name and phone number to process the home warranty. The cost of the warranty is paid at closing.

After the sale of the property, DetroitFSBOSearch.com will request testimonial from the Seller. Participation is completely voluntary. Seller understands and agrees that all testimonial statements and/or photographs submitted become the property of DetroitFSBOSearch.com and may be used for promotional purposes.
