We have tried to make this website a tool that will be as easy to use and as inexpensive as possible. Adding your property to our listings is a simple step process.

1. REGISTER

Simply click the "Register to Add Listings" link on the menu. Here you will select a username and password, and provide some basic info about yourself (not necessarily the property you are selling). 2. SUBSCRIBE

Our property listing service is much less expensive than other websites. Simply press the "Subscribe" button, and you will be taken to PayPal's secure website to complete the subscription process. Once you have finished processing your monthly subscription payment, we will review the transaction for your protection. We don't have access to your financial information, but we work closely with PayPal and are proud of our 0% fraud record.


3. RECEIVE APPROVAL

Once your account is screened for fraud and approved, we will send you an email (usually 2-24 hours). At this point, you can log in and...


4. POST YOUR LISTING

Once you receive confirmation that your account is active, you can return to the site and log in. There, you will see links to edit your personal profile and to add a listing. Simply fill out the user friendly form. Try to be as detailed as possible in order to make it easy for buyers to find your property in search results. Please select an expiry date using the pulldown fields at the bottom of the page. Once you press the submit button, you will be taken to the next page where you will be able to upload up to 10 (TEN!!!) photos of your property. These photos must each be less than 1MB (1024KB) in size. Once you have uploaded the photos, that's it! Your listing is active and available for the whole world to see.
